Experienced and Dedicated Account Manager and Online Sales for Customized Business Gifts Site, a Permanent Full Time Job

We are looking for dedicated Customer Account Managers and online sales to join our team of ecommerce platform of promotional products/Corporate giveaways/customized business gifts. This is A Permanent Long Term full time position growing with our company.

The Role

Customer Account Manager and online sales will work on Online sales, Customer Service, Customer Care and Support by Live Chat, Email and Phone calls. The successful candidate must have minimum 3 year hands-on experience. Candidates who have working experience with promotional Products (Custom printed Advertising Products)/Corporate giveaways/business gifts and advertising products shopping site will be considered as priority.

Great verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.

Requirements

• Priority with past experience in the promotional products/Corporate giveaways/business gifts industry.
• At least 3 years working experiences with Online Sales and Customer Support.
• Knowledgeable with Magento Ecommerce Site is preferred.
• Familiarity with various office and productivity software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Drive

Experience & Education

• eCommerce Magento experience (eCommerce) preferred
• Experience of B2B sales, customer service preferred.
• A degree in marketing, communications or business preferred
• Fluent English Speaking (no accent) and Writing

Job information

• Full-time Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:30, PST time zone.
• Competitive salary with bonus, commissions and promotions.
