Who we are looking for

We are currently seeking to hire a highly reliable and goal-driven SALES SPECIALIST with excellent selling and negotiating skills to successfully prospect potential property buyers and close sales with them in an effective, professional and organized manner.

Main Responsibilities

– Constantly selling deals
– Negotiating the best deal with buyers
– Developing unqualified buyers to the point of qualified buyer and further to VIP buyer
– Making sure that all current buyers are engaged and maintaining/growing their relationship with the company even further
– Proper management of personal CRM system account
– Maintaining an efficient company email account.
– Marketing to buyers on a consistent basis
– Good internal communication with sales team and management


Salary offer: $3 to $6 per hour (depending on qualifications) plus commissions and additional bonuses

$100 for each contract
$500 at the 5th contract mark
$1,000 at the 10th contract mark

Training period is for two weeks. Once the training period is over, there will be a performance evaluation to see fitness for a continuing employment with the company.

Core Competencies for position
– Applicant must have strong Sales Background in a BPO setup, preferably for an insurance campaign, or with real estate is even better
