RN QA (Notes Creator)

We are hiring and looking for RN QA (Notes Creator) who can start immediately.

POSITION SUMMARY: A professional responsible for direct support to all clinical areas of the agency to ensure quality and safe delivery of home health services meeting standards of regulatory agencies through continuous quality management activities.

Applicant must be willing to work Night Shift (PHT) or Eary Shift. This is a Per Diem position (salary will be based on your assigned type of chart and productivity)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
2. Demonstrate knowledge of state and federal regulations affecting or involving quality and utilization management.
3. Demonstrate knowledge of reviewing medical record structure and content.
4. Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology and body systems.
5. Organized and Flexible.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Organize and maintain health information electronically.
2. Checking of data accuracy, record, and information.
3. Keeping files and databases up to date.
4. Evaluate and assess patients' medical records, and look for the specificity of an illness.
5. Make sure that the clinician's documentation, coding requirements, and documentation of critical medical details are all accurate to ensure the overall quality and completeness of clinical documentation of the patient's medical record.
6. Follows documentation guidelines and legal requirements to ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory bodies.
7. Knowledgeable about EMR (Electronic Medical Records), Oasis, and ICD-10 codes

MILEAGE - $1
