Part-time CAD/Revit Drafter

We are a healthcare company that works with architects during the design phase of a project. Our focus is on medical equipment and sometimes furniture. So while they are drafting the walls and pipes, we create a layer for the medical equipment.

We'll need your help to create these layers and make the necessary edits as we go through conceptual design to construction documents. These documents are used to make sure the proper clearances exist, as well as for our installation crews who will have the precise placement of the items.

So -- if you know Revit/CAD and have previously worked for an engineering company, architect or interior designer, this may be the right role for ---------- 's starting out as a part time role with a fixed 'retainer' fee. This means, you'll get paid no matter what. We expect there to be an average of about 15 hours per week. But if we don't have the work for you...you still get ---------- w, that said, when the project hits the phase where you're needed - we'll need you to be work through it quickly and make edits as necessary. This works for both parties -- you get some flexibility and guaranteed pay and we get faster turnarounds.

These things aren't surprises. We can usually give you weeks or months ahead of when each project will hit your desk. Then we get it finished and move to the next one.

We have over a dozen hires from onlinejobs across several different businesses. Most have been with us for 5+ years. The reason is that we understand what it takes to structure it so everyone wins and keep communication open/honest.
