main duties would include
- Receiving new inquiries
- Show the units to prospective tenants
- Signing up new tenant
- In charge of the caretaker/s to ensure cleaning and maintenance is correct
- Reporting any issues to management.
- Receiving any tenant complaints and resolving or escalating.
