Senior Web Developer (Full-stack)

We are looking for an experienced full-stack web developer to lead our development team and play an active role as the lead developer in many of our projects. Our ideal candidate will be able to architect and execute full-stack solutions on a modern JS-based tech stack. (Node, React, Typescript).

As an agency, we work on many different projects, so you must be able to manage a large number of projects and quickly move through the product life cycle for each, ensuring quality and timely delivery. You will have the support of a small junior front-end team, but you will be the core of the back end team.

Responsibilities:

-Research new web/browser technologies which can be implemented in client projects
-Define and continuously refine Hububble’s technology stack (front and back end) for new projects
-Architect and execute full-stack solutions for client projects and internal products
-Delegate work to junior developers in coordination with a technical project manager
-Manage/develop integrations between HubSpot CMS platform and external 3rd-party systems
-Establish development workflows and engineering practices for the team to follow
-Provide mentorship and coaching to junior developers on the team.


Qualifications:

-Expertise in Typescript, React and NodeJS (or PHP) for designing, developing and maintaining scalable and well-tested full-stack web applications
-Strong knowledge of UI/UX development principles and ability to develop accessible, responsive and performant front-end code
-Database design/management with RDBMS / SQL / NoSQL database paradigms
-Ability to design, develop and test reliable APIs
-Ability to write clean, performant and maintainable code following software design principles and best practices.
-Excellent verbal/written communication skills and knowledge of project management principles.

Nice to have:

-DevOps experience, ability to manage CI/CD pipelines and successfully deploy small-mid scale applications on cloud services
-Experience with serverless deployment/workflow
-Familiar with HubSpot CMS and/or HubSpot CRM APIs
