Healthcare Recruiter - RNs encouraged to apply

Looking to hire an experienced recruiter with experience in healthcare. We are a Los Angeles based home health care agency and primarily hire RNs, LVNs, CNAs and Caregivers.

Primary responsibilities include:
* work with management team to prioritize hiring needs
* source candidates through job postings, resume searches, prior candidates and employee referrals
* interview candidates by video or phone and document responses to key questions
* assist in managing Applicant Tracking System - editing job descriptions, email templates, and interview guides
* support full interview and onboarding process - schedule candidate interviews and office visits with hiring managers, reconfirm scheduled events with candidates, collect feedback and next steps post-interview
* ensure compliance of all credentials and completion of new hire documents by candidates
* execute on daily and weekly reporting

Requirements:
* Able to work effectively from home - high speed internet, multiple monitors, quiet environment
* High level English speaking skills
* Prior experience in healthcare recruiting (RNs, LVN/LPNs, CNAs and Caregivers) in the US
* Prior experience working in Indeed and Hireology, also a big plus
* May require working weekends and on call responsibilities
