JOB OVERVIEW

We provide consultative training in negotiation skills and upskilling worldwide through two operating companies - ---------- and ---------- . Our clients include large, global organizations, including Medtronic, Chevron, NASA, and many others.

We are looking for a freelance instructional designer for ongoing, project-based work on a variety of technical and soft-skill training solutions.

The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing and developing instructional materials, including online courses, training programs, handouts, etc. The job involves the following tasks:

1. Develop instructional design plans and strategies to meet the needs of our target audience and our organization.
2. Create engaging and interactive learning materials using Microsoft PPT and Articulate 360.
3. Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials and make changes as needed.
4. Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the instructional content.
5. Collaborate with a small team of L&D professionals, facilitators, and others to develop high-quality learning experiences.
6. Stay current with the latest instructional design trends, technologies, and best practices.
7. Help manage projects from start to finish, including schedules, timelines, and resources.

To be the ideal candidate for this position, you should have a background in education, instructional design, or a related field, as well as experience in developing instructional materials with PPT and Articulate. You should also have strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as under minimal ---------- addition, you should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills, and a good understanding of visual principles in design.

This is a freelance, project-based role with a potential to be a long-term relationship.
