JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Startup SEO company with a passion for helping small business succeed! As a startup, we are constantly growing and looking for our next leader. For this role, we are looking for a passionate worker (~40 hours/week) with passion for learning new things and working with English Speaking Client. We strive for excellence and expect our employees to be reliable, goal oriented and hardworking! Since this role will manage large amount of critical data, this job requires a high level of Communication skills with extreme attention the detail and utmost focus on accuracy. You must also have very high organizational skills as you will be managing various clients and be fluent in English writing as you will be checking emails.

Duties include:
-Managing large amount of data across various databases
-Managing client relationships through email communication and proofreading emails
-Managing various deadlines for CEO
-Organizing multiple pieces of data and quickly assessing and analyzing trends
-Communicating with teams with any issues

Qualifications:
-Good communication skills. We are looking for someone is not afraid to admit their mistakes and ask questions.
-High attention to detail
-Reliable and does not miss deadlines
-Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing)
