UK Financial Analyst

I am looking for someone to work with who can help create a 12 month cashflow and financial income/outgoing ---------- s for a UK/EU Amazon business.
We need to account for UK VAT on COGS and payments to HMRC.
I have all the information including:
sales by month by product
inventory requirement by-product by month
COGS
Must be done in google docs.
Must be dynamic so we can update monthly sales/COGS etc
Is this something you can help with?
Do you have experience of building these documents?
I need someone to start immediately.
Must speak english well.
