Web Team Manager

We are seeking a driven people manager with at least three years of experience managing teams in a fast-paced creative agency or web agency. This is a full-time position. The required work hours are 8a-5p Monday through Friday in the GMT+8 time zone. This is ---------- pensation is $1,200 USD per month.

Qualifications Include:

- Past experience as a people manager that has managed teams of at least six people.

- Past experience recruiting, developing and retaining designers or web developers.

- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.

- Ability to work from home without distractions.

- Own a computer and have a high-speed internet connection.

- Read, speak and write excellent English.

- Willing to learn new things and develop new skills.

Responsibilities:

- Source, recruit, hire and retain high-impact creative and technical talent.

- Coach, inspire and mentor a multidisciplinary team of 8-12 people building world-class websites and web applications.

- Provide tea ---------- mbers with clear direction on where the team is going and where each person should contribute.

- Objectively review deliverables to ensure strict adherence to the company's best practices and standards.

- Identify continuous process improvements that accelerate success metrics (including profitability).

- Make the organization an amazing place to work that continues to develop each tea ---------- mber.

- Resolve team conflicts.
