Sales Acquisition Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our growing Real Estate Investment Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, managing the sales process, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving increased revenue.


The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable with internal teams as well as external partners. Additionally, they should also have proven experience in effectively planning and coordinating sales campaigns, monitoring sales performance, and helping other sales member.


Responsibilities:


Develop strategies to increase sales of real estate investments

Analyze market trends to identify potential leads

Research customer needs and develop proposals to meet them

Prepare presentations focused on the benefits of real estate investments

Liaise with internal tea ---------- mbers (such as marketing staff) to ensure coordinated efforts

Monitor competing products and adapt strategy accordingly

Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals

Develop relationships with key clients through regular communication

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results in a timely manner



Requirements:

Proven experience in sales management (particularly in the real estate investment industry)

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to think strategically while paying close attention to detail

Strong organizational and time management skills

High level of initiative with a willingness to learn new concepts quickly
Make ---------- calls a week .
20-25 offers a week
4-6 contracts a month


Pay and benefits .


$6-$12 an hour depending on experience and skills
5.5% commission on closed sales - average is 30k per sales member
Flexible schedule
Can work remotely anywhere as long as connection is reliable
Paid time off after 12 months of employment
