We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Ad Operations Manager to lead and optimize Chamelo’s digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role will focus on campaign execution, ad performance optimization, audience targeting, and data analytics to maximize ROAS and scale our global advertising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Oversee the setup, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and programmatic networks.


Ad Trafficking & QA: Ensure all ads are properly trafficked and displayed correctly across various ad platforms, troubleshooting any delivery or tracking issues.


Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance, implementing A/B testing, bid adjustments, and audience refinements to improve conversion rates and ROAS.


Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Utilize first-party and third-party data to refine customer targeting strategies, retargeting, and lookalike audience building.


Budget Management: Allocate and track ad spend efficiently to maximize return on investment while ensuring budgets are adhered to.


Data & Reporting: Analyze and report on key ad performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, etc.), providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


Ad Tech & Tracking: Work with Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, UTM tracking, and analytics tools to ensure accurate tracking and attribution of ad campaigns.


Collaboration with Creative & Marketing Teams: Work closely with designers and copywriters to ensure ads are engaging, on-brand, and high-performing.


Process Improvement: Identify and implement new tools, automation strategies, and best practices to enhance ad operations and efficiency.


Compliance & Industry Standards: Stay updated on advertising policies, data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and platform algorithm changes to ensure compliance.


Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in ad operations, digital marketing, or paid media management, preferably in a DTC eCommerce brand.


Proficiency in Meta


Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize accordingly.


Plus (not required): with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tracking. Knowledge of landing page optimization, conversion tracking, and A/B testing.


Experience in Shopify and Amazon Ads is a plus.


Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot ad delivery or tracking issues.


Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Slack, etc.) is advantageous.


Fluent in English, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
