We are currently looking for an Academic Programs Coordinator for our client in Pennsylvania, US. This individual will provide support and assistance in the identification, development, and delivery of educational programs or initiatives. He or she should be academically inclined, have good English, and be emphatically nurturing.
Responsibilities:
1. Plans develops, coordinates, administers, and executes curriculum development, execution, and assessment for a student program with learning objectives or to enhance a student’s success.
2. Assist in the operational processes to support the student-focused program, including systems management and tracking, data analysis, report generation, and budget management.
3. Manage overall Student Group Services master calendar of training.
4. Follow up on students' progress and development, monitor the implementation of program policies and practices, and organize program-related meetings, events, and activities.
Qualification and Requirements
2-3 years of experience as Executive Assistant-Client Specialist for an international client.
2-3 years of Project Management experience
Familiar with Click up, Kajabi, or similar tools.
Good at making follow-ups. Patient and must be emphatically nurturing.
Client engagement and Time management skills.
Strong organizational, customer service, and leadership skills, including the ability to understand, set, and achieve goals, are required to work
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in using project management tools.
Ability to receive and delegate tasks
Okay to use productivity time
Rate: US $
Hours/week: 15 hours/week as start
Schedule: EST (Pennsylvania, USA) Flexible
Screening dates: Feb. 15-22, 2023
