We have a client who would like to expand his telemarketing team.

At the ---------- nt he is focused on selling solar and energy to the Australian market but this could expand if he finds the right tea ---------- mbers to support ---------- s very important that you have the following:
- Excellent communication skills: you need to be able to speak clearly over the phone and ensure that your message is understood.
- Sales skills: you need to be able to get past the clients objections and be able to book the appointment.
- Resiliance: in this kind of work you are likely to get rejected many more times than you are to make it through. You must have a never-say-die attitude.
- Hunger: the right candidate isn't working for the hourly rate, they are working for the commission opportunities.

The client is more than happy to pay a modest hourly rate but the real money will come from booking confirmed appointments.

Experience in a similar call centre role is desirable. We are open to working with people from across the world. For a high performing candidate with a track record, the client will even consider hiring in Australia, USA or UK.

The role will primarily be phone based, however, the standard admin and CRM entry will be part of your function.

Attention to detail is important so we have a question we would like to make sure you answer in the cover letter: What is your favorite meal and when is the last time you ate it? Trust us, its so much more interesting in a pre-screening interview to talk about food in the opening couple of minutes!
