Hi!

We are an accessories brand for Apple Watch, and our website is built on Shopify. You MUST have at least 3+ years working with Shopify. We’d love for you to join our family Full-Time or Part-Time. We are located in Jacksonville, Florida, USA! We are an eCommerce brand and NOT drop-shipping! Our products are designed and shipped from our warehouse in Florida, USA, and most of our customers live in the United States.

We are looking to build a long-term relationship with someone great with people, results-oriented, and determined. Our company is NOT looking for temporary workers who bounce from job to job. We’ve worked hard at becoming one of the best in our niche, and we’re still growing. The only thing we need is more professional, proactive people to grow with us.

Requirements:
- Excellent experience in managing or working in a Shopify account is REQUIRED.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are REQUIRED.
- Experience with managing and updating apps in Shopify is REQUIRED.
- Experience in creating/updating collection pages is REQUIRED.
- Experience handling customer service such as ---------- inbox or Facebook messenger messages is REQUIRED.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create, Test, and analyze different versions of landing pages, collection pages, offers, and campaigns to optimize conversion rates.
- You can simplify product pages that have many variants/SKUs into their own unique product pages and create easy-to-understand collections to group similar products together. (The goal is to make the buying journey MUCH EASIER for the customer to purchase products.)
- Use data and insights to inform and improve the copywriting, layout, and offer structure for product and collection pages.
- Collaborate with the social media manager and email marketing team to gather data and insights to inform optimization strategies and to launch new offers such as; bundles, bogo's, free checklists/PDF with a product purchase, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Shopify trends, best practices, and updates on A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Manage and update apps within Shopify.
- Update reviews on the home and product pages + send the best reviews to our Email Marketer and social media manager.
- Get more reviews from past customers, verify unverified reviews, or remove the unverified reviews completely.
- Take charge of our Reviews app ---------- because it is VERY important for our brand.
- Send daily updates to our founder/CEO and at least one weekly update to the entire ---------- is important that we are all communicating regularly so we can help each other as a team. Teamwork makes the dream work!
- Proficiency in copywriting/editing (product descriptions, ad copies, landing pages, etc.) is an advantage

Additional Qualifications:
- Strong drive and enthusiasm for A/B testing and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions for creating irresistible offers.
- Bachelor's degree in human behavior/psychology or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in direct response copywriting, specifically with a focus on landing page optimization.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Experience with QuickBooks bookkeeping is a plus.
- Understanding SEO and Keyword strategies is a plus.
