Web app and mobile app Programmer

Water.org seeks a local Filipino Web and Android Programmer (or simply called herein as “the CONTRACTOR”), which can be a firm or a group of computer experts, to support the ASA Philippines’ development of the SERDEM software to keep track of the services being delivered to branches by the 16 WAPOs and also to keep a record of all WSS Facilities being delivered by branches to clients.
Note: The SERDEM shall be designed to meet the needs of ASA Philippines, but it should be designed in a generic manner, so that the SERDEM software can be easily customized to the needs of another partner microfinance organization of Water.org. This is based on the fact that partner MFIs have the same common need to keeping track of their WAPOs, their outputs and the quality of WaterCredit program implementation at the branches.
