Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter who is highly organized to help at a rapidly growing ecommerce company.

Primary Responsibilities
? Manage all recruiting for open positions across the company
? Create job posts, set up initial phone screenings, and conduct interviews for prospective candidates
? Advise on best candidates for the role
? Assist with onboarding of new candidates

Qualifications
? Prior Recruiting experience is a must
? Outgoing, friendly, personable, high energy, and approachable
? True team player with a desire to enhance company culture
? Highly organized with strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
? Ability to strategically multitask and prioritize projects
? Creative, collaborative, curious, and innovative thinker
