Job Description
As the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for managing the spectrum of Human Resource Management, which includes Payroll Administration, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, related staff insurance and other HR and Administration ---------- scription:

(1) Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited recruitment, performance review, HR operation and administration, employee engagement, training and development

(2) Talent acquisition: work with hiring managers to recruit the right talents, develop recruitment strategies and facilitate the process of recruitment from sourcing to screening candidates, assisting interviews and employment contracts

(3) Performance management: manage the performance review process from objectives setting, mid-review to year-end review

HR operation: ensure smooth on-boarding and off-boarding processes and procedures, implement enhancement of on/off-boarding processes to ensure seamless end-to-end HR operations

(4) Create, update, review and improve HR policies and employee handbooks in different jurisdictions

Assist year-end compensation review process

(5) Ensure employee data accuracy in HR reports and HR systems

Involve in HR related projects such as implementation or enhancement of HRIS system

(6) Well versed in local labor laws and knowledge of labor laws in other jurisdictions is an advantage. Experiences with payroll is highly preferred

Handle employee relations issues and grievances

Project Location: WFH
Project / Team Shift Schedule: Night Shift
Project / Team Rest Day: Weekends Off

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or equivalent.
At least 8 years of relevant working experience in HR with working experiences in BPO/Customer Support/Technology Consulting/Others.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with different people from different countries and backgrounds
Anticipates and resolves issues. Able to thoroughly synthesize, distills, and reconcile key findings from complex sets of information to identify trends and potential issues.
Has high internal standards and applies tough criteria to own deliverables for every task assigned
Able to bring in new ideas and best practices from prior HR working experiences to assist the growth of the HR function
Well-organized, excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong analytical skills
BPO setting experience is desired
Strong sense of confidentiality
Good command of both spoken and written English
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Able to work unsupervised, self-motivated and a good team player
