Midtown Stays manages a portfolio of short-term rental properties in Midtown and Downtown areas that are rented on a nightly basis. Since November of 2015 we have successfully accommodated over 25,000 guests with excellent reviews and are quickly expanding. We cater to business travelers and leisure traveler’s alike that are looking for consistent accommodations and prefer our properties over those they would find at a hotel.
REST Methods was developed as an educational company to teach individuals how to invest in great properties to build long term wealth. Our strategy is unique in that instead of putting long-term tenants in our properties we furnish the and rent them by the night (on websites like Airbnb for example)

still travel internationally and work remotely with my teams almost all of the year
• I host a weekly podcast called "Short-term Rental Riches" where I provide advice on real estate investing but with a
specific focus on short-term rentals.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an individual to:
• assist with all bookkeeping,
• paying bills
• analyzing our financials and trends for the different properties and companies
• Most of our work revolves around rental real estate; the ideal candidate will have an in depth knowledge of typical real
estate related expenses.
• Provide financial reports tracking our performance
• I own multiple properties in multiple cities so organization and the ability to clearly separate transactions is a must
• excellent Excel and Google Sheet skills
SECONDARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In addition to helping us organize all of our finances there is likely to be some down time during your full-time shift. During the downtime you will be asked to help with some administrative responsibilities ranging from:

requirement.
REQUIREMENTS
• 100 % written and spoken English proficiency
• Monday, Thursday, Friday: Available 11:00am CST - 7PM CST
• Tuesday & Wednesday 3pm -11pm CST
• Prior Experience with Quick Books online is preferred
• Excellent Google drive and Google Sheet Skills and the ability to create visually pleasing spreadsheets and documents
• This position is full-time (40hours / week)
