Website Designer/ Digital Marketing/ SEO expert

I am looking for a reliable, independent candidate with a strong work ethic. I am looking to relaunch my business and redesign and optimize my website. The candidates need to have experience with google Analytics, SEO, blog posts, email, and social media marketing.
This is possible for converting into full-time with a salary increase based on performance.
I also have a YouTube channel and will need to candidate to help with video editing for YouTube, Reels, and TikTok.
This job will require the candidate to work 10 hours a week, with the possibility of full-time employment.
Training will be available with weekly meetings for weekly projects and assignment
Need to be an expert in both writing and speaking English
