Job Summary:
Stirling is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven salesperson/appointment setter with knowledge of the CBD industry to join our growing team. We need someone with the talent to ramp up quickly and is willing to learn new skills needed to continue our rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have strong sales communication skills and a drive to close deals, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities:

*Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and other means to introduce our CBD products and services
*Schedule appointments with qualified leads to meet with a sales representative
*Follow up with leads to ensure they attend the appointment
*Maintain accurate records of all sales and appointment-setting activities
*Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly appointment-setting targets


Requirements:

*Proven experience as a salesperson/appointment setter or similar role
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong knowledge of the CBD industry
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
*Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
*Native English speaker or
*Ability to handle a fast-paced and stressful environment
*Strong drive to reach and exceed quotas
*Required to attend daily meeting calls
*Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
*Willingness to be monitored through screenshot-monitoring software
*Willingness to learn new skills and ramp up quickly
