- Analyze data and use Excel sheets to provide customers with the information they need
- Provide accurate and relevant information to customers regarding our products and services
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a empathetic and efficient manner through writing



Requirements:

- Fluent in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, with advanced skills in Excel & data analysis
