Do you have a knack for spotting errors and a relentless attention to detail?

If so, we are looking for someone with deep expertise in ActiveCampaign to join our team. This role will be to review existing automations set up as the "last line of defense" before they go to clients, this role is critical in ensuring that every potential automation path is tested, documented, and working before it goes to the client.

Our ActiveCampaign Automation Specialist will be responsible for testing and verifying all automations, identifying any errors or issues and working with our team to ensure everything is in order.

> Who we need


We are looking for a brilliant, team-player who has experience with ActiveCampaign and marketing ---------- addition, the ideal candidate should have (most of) the following qualities:

- Has a ridiculous attention to detail and can find the needle in the haystack BEFORE things go wrong
- Have an engineer/system thinker brain - when it comes to online funnels and automations, you just "get" how they are built
- You are detail-oriented to the point it annoys people (Not us, we'll love you for it!)
- Has deep experience with Marketing Automation and ActiveCampaign
- Has worked online or remotely for a number of years
- Is available from 5-25 hours a week
- Is a self-sufficient Techy type
- Is comfortable with spreadsheets, formulas, flow charts, and even basic coding (you can bold, underline, colour text etc using HTML)
- Your spreadsheets and docs have everything aligned. Every paragraph has a period. There is a logical visual structure and hierarchy.
- Has an eye for typos, errors, and grammar problems, and can format content using bold, headings, and other stylistic features to make it more digestible
- Has strong productivity systems for all their tasks, both business and personal
- Uses Chrome extensions, software, and tools to get things done more efficiently
- Can build super detailed, step-by-step SOPs and Checklists so good, that others can follow without training


>MOST IMPORTANT< - We're not looking for someone that needs a lot of training. We're looking for someone "Plug and Play". We can let you loose on our projects within a week or two and you'd be able to test the automations without ---------- te, we will provide training on us, how we work, our systems etc, but the ActiveCampaign work should be something you already do.

- Skye is from the UK, but works remotely year-round (currently in Montenegro). Skye runs the agency and is our Strategist and manages sales and client relationships.

- Rona is from Mindanao and is our Tech Integrator. She builds epic ActiveCampaign funnels and internal agency systems.

- Kim is from Houston, Texas. She is the Executive Assistant and helps with the finances and general operations.

> The hiring process

Our hiring process consists of the following steps:

- Initial Screening - We will review your application and resume to determine if you meet our minimum requirements.

- Test Task - We will provide you with a test task to complete to evaluate your skills. This will be a short, unpaid test task, and we will provide you with a link to complete it.

- Interview - If you successfully complete the test task, we will schedule an interview with you to discuss your experience and skills.

- We'll hire you within a week!

> Pay & Terms

This is a part-time freelance contractor position, everyone on our team is a contractor, even if they work 100% of their time with us.

We offer a retainer for this position of $800 a month for Monday to Friday ---------- te, you may not be busy all of the day, some weeks they'll be more work and others less but your retainer will be paid regardless. This role is part-time but could expand to full-time employment for the right person.
