Awesome Video Editor To Make Youtube Videos

I have several videos I need to be edited and built into my Youtube Channel. We have about 10 videos to edit now and longterm you will have 2 videos to work on each week. Editing includes:

-Adding intro, transitions and lower 1/3 (I have all 3 already)
-Adding clickable links into the videos
-Watching some training videos to learn how I want my videos to be optimized
-Editing video content as needed

I want videos to be shared and uploaded via DROPBOX and you must have your own Dropbox that we can work from. I will upload to Youtube.

All videos will follow 1 of 3 formats so the process will be very streamlined.

Important qualities to have:
-speed
-excellent communication
-ability to take direction. I know you are talented, but I have a specific idea of what I need done
