Outbound Sales and Marketing Associate

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outbound Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase revenue. This individual will play a critical role in expanding our customer base, establishing relationships with new clients, and promoting our products and services to existing customers.

Our products include premium website hosting plans that range from $25/mo. to $347/mo., website design services that range from $1,500 to $5,000+ as well as other products and services.

Who we are

We are Sapere Marketing, a growing digital creative agency specializing in web and branding design, custom development and premium web hosting for our clients. We have 7 developers, 2 project managers and a business manager. You'll fit well into our team!

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Proactively prospect and generate new business through outbound efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
- Maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, such as email marketing, social media, and events
- Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to management, tracking progress and making recommendations for improvement
- Continuously seek out new sales and marketing opportunities to grow the business and achieve set targets
- Report daily on call KPI's

Requirements:

- Exceptional English speaking and writing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in an outbound sales and marketing role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and data analysis
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Results-driven and motivated by targets and goals
- Work between 8 am and 5 pm EST (with 1 hour lunch)
