The Sales Specialist role is a key support position for Dr. Roseann, LLC

This is a FULL TIME 40 hours/ week position
Must be willing to work US hours (ideally 9 am to 6 pm EST)

This is an exclusive F/T opportunity with long term career potential. Please do not apply if you have other clients, contracts, projects, etc and aren’t willing to give them up!

Compensation:
Php 50,000 - 60,000 per month for F/T hours (based on experience) plus commission

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS JOB INCLUDE:


Handle inbound and outbound client and potential client calls - you have experience with VOIP phone systems
Outreach & follow-up with leads
FB group and DM sales
Manage pipeline - research, tracking, following-up
Provide exceptional client support from start to finish with empathy and care
Elevate the client experience by going the extra mile
Confidently explain our services and products with clients/potential clients
Welcoming new clients into programs
PRE & POST Event/ Launch support and management
Outreach & engagement with clients, brands, and organizations
Calendar management, client scheduling, & updates in Gcal
Pipeline & CRM software

Email management, Gdrive management
Utilize HIPAA compliant software
Setting up clients in HIPAA compliant portals/using client management software
Outreach with brands and organizations
Team collaboration in sales and marketing
