About PAC:
PAC is innovating new technology to drive the next generation of Web 3 apps. We’re looking for someone to assist with general marketing admin working with our fast-paced development office.

Role Description
Reporting to the CMO, the role is suited to a hard-working, vibrant, team playing professional who can assist the administration department with social media, project co-ordination, and general admin as we continue to grow the business and embrace new challenges.
Responsibilities of the role include:
• Coordinating marketing campaigns
• Managing social media accounts
• Project coordination and oversight
• Assisting in managing contractors, including a social media moderation team
• Some app testing and reporting
• Some entry level design / web work
• Managing support tickets
• Client and supplier liaison
• Establishing operations and procedures to improve efficiency

Skills and Experience
• Good English – written and verbal
• Excellent writing skills
• Good phone / conference communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Good organisational skills
• Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal staff and external account holders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience and references - at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and is continually looking to improve with a focus on a fast-paced tech environment. PAC works in a rapid agile development environment so your ability to work well under pressure and multi-task effectively would be well regarded.

The position on offer is full time or part time by negotiation with salary to be awarded commensurate with the level of the applicant's experience.
