JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are an established Amazon seller (FBA model) based in the U.S., looking for an experienced and motivated product sourcer to help us find high-profit wholesale products from U.S.-based suppliers, brands, and distributors. This is not dropshipping and we do not source from China.

You will be responsible for sourcing winning products using any method you prefer, reaching out to suppliers, negotiating wholesale accounts, and tracking your communication and follow-ups.

If you’re organized, independent, and skilled at sourcing, this is a high-potential position with room to grow — your earning potential is unlimited.

Responsibilities:
Identify profitable wholesale products using your own sourcing methods

Use tools like Keepa to analyze product history and price trends

Contact U.S. suppliers and brands to request wholesale catalogs and pricing

Maintain a tracking sheet or CRM log of all supplier communication (initial outreach, responses, follow-ups, notes)

Write clear, professional outreach emails — and ideally, be willing to follow up via phone (huge bonus if you're comfortable speaking with U.S. suppliers!)

Work closely with our team to filter and analyze top opportunities

Keep excellent records of each supplier you’ve contacted and follow up consistently

Requirements:
Proven experience sourcing wholesale products for Amazon FBA (required)

Proficiency in using Keepa to evaluate product opportunities

Strong English communication skills — both written and spoken

Highly organized and proactive with follow-up communication

Comfortable writing and customizing outreach emails

Willingness to use or learn a basic supplier CRM (spreadsheet is fine)

Bonus: comfortable speaking with U.S. suppliers on the phone
