- Candidate must be a Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science/Information Technology)
- Knowledgeable with computer troubleshooting and its applications
- Willing to work 40 hours/week
- Has a good internet connect at home
- Good English communication skills (both oral and written)
- Aptitude with computers and internet, including MS Office, Google Documents and Cloud-based applications
