JOB OVERVIEW

**Must Have Zoho CRM Experience**

10-20 hours a week. Must work U.S business hours.

We are a fast-paced, full-service title insurance agency located in Springfield NJ, representing several of the nation’s top title insurance companies and underwriters. Come join our team!
The ideal candidate would possess the following skill sets/qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Experience in working with clients in a professional manner
• Must have 2-3 years of Zoho CRM experience, and sales support experience
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office, and Constant Contact
• Title experience or real estate experience a plus
Duties will include but not be limited to:
• 4-6 phone calls per week with members of our Sales team to discuss their current sales activities
• Enter into Zoho Leads, Contacts, Tasks, Events, Calls, and Potentials
• Run Contact, Potential and Lead reports in Zoho
• Do research on identified Leads / Contacts and email to members of our Sales Team
• Make or confirm appointments
• Research competitors
• Research industry events
• Create / send email correspondence to Leads and Contacts based on input from our Sales Team
