We are looking for someone to assist with a wide variety of tasks including financial and data analysis, auditing accounts payable, general mathematical problem solving, inventory reconciliation, billing, paying bills, reconciling accounts, general accounting, and bookkeeping tasks.

Some tasks you will do:
• Track orders, shipments, deliveries, and stock levels at warehouses
• Keep all files updated and ensure every entry is accurate
• Reconcile inventory stored in different warehouses
• Audit invoices from different suppliers / service providers

Key Skills:
• Inventory forecasting
• Analytical and problem-solver
• Strong attention to details and highly organized
• Comfortable with using Google Sheets, Excel, and other software
(Advanced excel skills are necessary to efficiently complete some of the tasks.)
• Amazon experience a plus – not required
