Virtual Assistant, QuickBooks Online, Excel & Bachelors in Accounting

We are a fast growing online bookkeeping company based out of New York. We need virtual assistant to work live USA EST business hours.

The duties include:

Data Entry for Quickbooks Online for clients and reconciliation.

Responding to emails to clients and client's clients.

Any other remote office work as assigned.

Google Sheets & Microsoft Excel expertise a MUST. You will be tested.

QuickBooks Online Experience is a MUST. You will be tested.

Bachelors in Accounting or higher a MUST.

Strong English fluency required in written & verbal communication a MUST.

Reliable High Speed Internet a must. This is a MUST.

Having worked graveyard shift is a MUST.

We use time tracker with screenshots integrated with ClickUp.

We have documented processes that you will follow, to ensure you can hit the ground running with training on the job. We are looking for enthusiastic young (at heart) men and women who have a positive 'CAN DO' attitude. We are looking for doers and not talkers.

Salary will be paid in local currency or USD via PayPal.

We do a paid trial to determine if we fit together, before we finalize long term commitment.
