Executive Assistant/Online Business Manager

I'm looking for an Executive Assistant/OBM to work along side me and help execute our growth initiative this 2023.

* Cold Emailing
* LinkedIn Social Selling
* Content Marketing

As an Executive Assistant/OBM, you're expected to handle multiple tasks, which includes but are not limited to:

* Administrative and personal support, such as scheduling appointments, managing emails and social media, and conducting research.
* Ensure that the processes and systems are efficient and effective and the business is running smoothly.
* Setting up projects and campaign launches, including writing cold email and social media scripts.
* You will be involved in strategic planning and decision-making.
* Managing and optimizing the day-to-day operations.
* Training and hiring new tea ---------- mbers.
* Client and team management.

You're familiar with our techstack and are willing to learn new technologies:

* ClickUp
* Email Marketing tools: Lemlist, Apollo, WarmUp tools
* Gsuite and Google Domains
* Loom video

Once hired, you'll receive a job offer through onlinejobsph. There will be a probationary period of 3 months.

Salary after the probationary period 30,000-40,000 PHP per month based on performance.
