Online Branding and Social Media Expert - Hiring Immediately

I'm looking to hire someone long term to assist with branding and social media for my companies.

This person should be
- very experienced in various social media platforms,
- adept at reading various metrics and analytics and how to utilize that data to optimize our social media and branding
- Speak and write fluent English with proper grammar
- Have a very conversational style
- Design skills are a definite plus, but not a requirement
- Video skills are a plus, but not a requirement
