Video Editor/Bonus if know Mandarin

As a famous Real Estate Investment company based in San Jose, California, we are looking for a Video Editor that can help the company do video editing and publicity, We are more welcome if you know a little Chinese.
Requirement:
1. Able to work on US PST 10a.m. to 6 p.m. (which would be nighttime at the Philippines
2. Have good taste on business videos and flyers
3. Able to do use Canva or AI for simple graphic design
4. Bonus if know Mandarin or willing to use Google Translate for Chinese videos/flyers
5. Bonus if have marketing experiences
