Social media manager and SEO Specialist

We are looking for a part-time marketing specialist to help increase our company's website SEO visibility and help maintain our social media presence. The will work with the company owner directly, however, will work independently on the companies marketing.

The role will initially be a part-time role with the opportunity to progress into a full time position in the future. The successful candidate will initial be on a trial before being offered a full-time position within the team.

The job responsibilities:
Create a social media strategy and monthly action plan.
Create graphical content for social media posts.
Create a social media schedule
Content writing - write industry specific blogs with an SEO strategy for the website.
Provide Paid Search Advertising (PPC) Strategy.
Providing content ideas for the company to create

Requirements of the job
-Over 1 year of experience as a Social media specialist or similar role.
-Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
-High level of written English and the ability to produce content writing for blog posts.
- Proficient in graphic creation, using tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels: Meta, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Linkedin, Amazon and other omni-channels.
- Ability to work independently and be receptive to feedback.
