Dispatch Manager

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Manager to?join our team. Reporting directly to?the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), this role will be a key member of the senior management team and will oversee the dispatch department operations and procedures in the Philippines. The Dispatch Manager will play a key role in setting up and shaping the operations and overall strategy of the dispatch department, as well as hiring and leading candidates from the Philippines.

We`re seeking candidates with excellent people leadership skills and business acumen to develop the functionality of our dispatch operations and to guide extensive and diverse dispatch ---------- ndidates who have previous leadership experience in car hauling industry and managing US-based clients will be prioritized.

Experience in car hauling industry, preferred.
Experience in the US market, preferred.
At least 5 years leadership experience, including leading and developing people/teams.
Experience in creating and maintaining a strong and balanced team by coaching, mentoring, and developing current and new tea ---------- mbers.
Ability to establish positive employee and professional relationships.
Ability to facilitate group and one-to-one communications.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Excellent cross-group collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative problem-solving skills, analytical thinking with a passion for innovation.
Strong organization skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
Technology driven skills and with strong proficiency in Microsoft?Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Docs, TMS.
Ability to work in US time zone (21:00 PM — 06:00 AM Philippine local time)
Ability to work Mondays to Saturdays
Must have personal laptop or computer, headset with microphone, webcam, and high-speed internet connection.
