I need a comparison affiliate site programmed

Hey guys,

I need a website done. Like this one mydealz123 but better quality and better in user experience.

The most important points for this website are:

-I should be able to edit the site anytime. So if you use wordpress that would be really nice. Any other CMS system is fine too.
-I have to be able to add or delete countries
-For every country I should be able to add or delete topics. Example topics would be: health insurance, car insurance, rehabilitation, etc..
-Every topic should show different vendors for this topic so that people can compare the different vendors. For every vendor I should be able to add an affiliate link.
-The site has to be content RICH
