I run a lot of youtube channels and need help finding talent to help me work on the channels.

I'm always looking for various positions such as script writer, thumbnail designer, channel manager etc... and need someone with talent recruiting experience to help me find highly qualified A player tea ---------- mbers at any given time on a consistent basis.

Your job will be based on my needs to create job posts, find potential candidates, interview them and review their work to see if they'd be a good fit and then send them to me.

Must have previous talent recruitment ---------- 's a bonus if you've worked in talent recruitment in the content creation space but it is not mandatory.
