Level 2 Windows Systems Engineer / Administrator

Our company is expanding! Come join a team who's management cares about its team! We are an IT Managed Services Provider looking for Level 2 and 3 Senior Systems Engineer/Administrators. Our company offers paid time off, paid holidays, yearly and quarterly bonuses.

English speaking and writing mastery required for this position.

Ideal candidate should have the following extensive IT experience:
Firewall administration including VLANS Configuration (Sonicwall and Ubiquity experience a plus)
Backup Products like Datto or Axcient
Windows Server Migrations (Full)
Hyper V Virtual Machine Management
Advanced End User Support for L1 or L2 escalations
Connectwise Manage, RMM experience ideal but not required
Group Policy Management
Previous experience working EST (night) hours is a must
8+ years experience as the L2 or L3 tech

We are based on the US East Coast and hiring technicians for working hours of 8am-5pm EST M-F. Only candidates with previous experience working these hours will be considered at this time.
