Medical Treatment Coordinator / Medical Records Analysis and Retrieval (US Eastern Time Hours)

Fast-paced Korean-American law firm seeks a talented healthcare professional to coordinate treatment for the firm's personal injury clients and obtain medical records.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Full phone intake with new clients to document various areas of injury, documenting the mechanism of injury and noting any pre-existing conditions or prior injuries.

2. Confirming appointments with clients and medical facilities and ensuring attendance, assisting with any logistical challenges.

3. Obtaining and reviewing medical records to monitor the course of clients' medical ---------- anizing received records in orderly fashion onto shared drive.

4. Checking in with clients on a regular basis to get updates on condition, address any concerns, and to avoid any unnecessary gaps in treatment.

5. Coordinating with other law firm employees regarding legal and financial aspects of the case.

6. Obtaining and organizing medical records for the law firm's separate health law department.

Requirements for the position:

1. Must be a healthcare professional, preferably with background in traumatic injuries

2. Must be proactive and extremely responsive during working hours

3. Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written (requires direct contact with clients)

4. Significant overlap with the law firm's workday (9am-5pm Eastern US time)

5. Strong, reliable internet connection
