JOB OVERVIEW

We are a SAAS company that specializes in software for video creators.

We need an experienced customer service phone agent to join our existing tech support team to handle incoming and outgoing customer service calls.

Our training manager will train you one-on-one as a technical support agent in our team 2-4 week training period.

Once trained, you will then join our call queue for incoming customer service calls and begin assisting customers and collaborating with the rest of our staff in sales, billing, support and project management to direct callers and get customers the help they need quickly and resolve problems efficiently.

- MUST have previous customer service experience
- MUST be very fluent in English with a clear English speaking voice
- This job allows you to work at home, fully remote
- MUST be able to work in USA Time zone 10am to 6pm CST. - FULLTIME ROLE- 40 hrs/week
