JOB OVERVIEW

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be assisting the CEO across various business functions across multiple sub-brands and related entities.

This is a fully remote position that will be operating mainly from Singapore timezone. Your work will be mostly done independently, with a high need for attention to detail and strong communication skills.

This role has the potential for conversion into full-time Operation Executives / Operation Managers.

Your job will involve:
- Drafting communication messages, and checking messages for errors
- Pre-screening of job application candidates
- Administering tests for job application candidates
- Generation and distribution of payslips
- Scheduling interviews and meetings
- Performing research, data entry, and transcribing tasks
- Performing liaison and communication between related parties for various projects and tasks
- Performing research and consolidating findings
- Performing quality checks on work
- Testing of products developed by the businesses (e.g. apps, websites, etc.)
- Basic bookkeeping functions including the digitisation and accurate recording of expenses
- Other tasks as required

Skills:
- Ability to read and write English well
- Exceptional communication practices
- Exceptional ability to be resourceful
- Ability to use Google Docs / Sheets / Slides
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience using QuickBooks or Xero

Preferred:
- Have managed recruitment processes before
- Have managed expenses for a Singapore company before
- Have experience using a project management tool (e.g. Trello / JIRA)
