Short term rental VA

O&O Group company is growing and is looking for virtual assistants.
A young company focused on vacation apartments, O&O Group is a leading supplier of vacation apartments. Right now, our main focus is Israel, but we plan to expand to other destinations next year.
As we continue to expand and grow, we are looking for a virtual assistant to join our team.
In order to be the perfect candidate, one needs to be constantly striving to do, asking questions, and focusing on how it can be done, rather than why not.
About the role:
* Full-time position in shifts of 7-8 hours on average all days of the week (including weekends)
* Distribution of shifts: Morning - 9-15. Evening - 15-22. (Israel time).
Areas of Responsibility:
Communication with the guest from the moment of contact until the day of departure.
Documentation and tracking of all documents.
Manage the field operatives.
Manage charges.
Requirements:
- Previous acquaintance with Guesty's channel manager
- Experience as a VA in a vacation rental company.
- Work experience at one of the major OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO)
Initial salary rate of 5$ per hour with additional raises and bonuses.
