Short term rental assistant

Short term rental assistant.
We're looking for someone who can join our team and take on some of our business responsibilities. These are as follows.

Systems-
we would ideally like people to have experience on using the back end of the OTAs
( ---------- , Air BnB , Vrbo , etc etc) also we use a channel manager (Beds24) which is our day to day intergrated system. We use asana for jobs and tasks also.

- People Skills
Dealing with communication with us, Our guests, Our cleaners and Our maintenance team.

- Branding And Marketing
Research competition and markets, Updating and mange all our listings on all platforms, Log and maintain a direct booking report.

-Operational And Legal
Guest management from enqiery all the way to check out, Understand necessary documents, Chase reviews.

-Sales And Financials
Run weekly occupancy reports accross all units.
