Role

You are in charge of all emails coming in from customers. Your job is to ensure that all emails are answered as quickly as possible with as few returns and dissatisfied customers as possible.

Responsibilities

- Respond to all customer service emails
- Use your own smart ways to work more efficient
- Pro-active and always looking for easier ways to answer emails better and faster
- Responding promptly to the overall manager's wants and needs
- Providing feedback to optimize all processes and systems
- Being in contact with the supplier and providing information about orders

Results

- Responds to all emails within 10 hours
- Achieved targeted KPI’s
- Communicates with supplies, manager, and customer

Requirements
