Social Media Expert

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting compelling content, an eye for graphic design, and a proven track record of effectively managing social media accounts for a brand or business.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
Create and curate engaging and visually appealing content for our social media platforms (e.g. text, images, and video)
Schedule and publish posts, manage social media contents, and monitor engagement and analytics, engage with community and activities that push growth for our brand
Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns and initiatives
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Expert, with a portfolio showcasing your work
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
LinkedIn, etc.)
Excellent graphic design skills and experience creating visuals for social media (video editing skills is a plus)
Strong English writing and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of social media analytics and metrics + knows how to interpret results
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred)
