Expert Wordpress Developer/Designer

We are looking for an expert wordpress developer/designer to become a permanent part of our team. This is for a full time position to start immediately. Hours are 9 am - 6 pm EST, M-F. Must be available to help when needed outside of standard business hours.

Our agency creates websites and performs SEO for home service companies. We have a couple different templates we use, in addition to building websites from scratch using Elementor. This means that the website developer must be technically proficient but also have a talent and aptitude for design.

Additionally, this position requires a strong understanding of technical SEO, as this is an important component of our sites. All technical setup and integration must also be handled by the developer, as well as any troubleshooting that becomes necessary on our websites. Familiarity/comfort setting up Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager is also Upgrade to see actual infoveloper must be comfortable redesigning websites based on a customer showing existing websites that he/she likes, and the elements that make those websites attractive to him/her. Each website will look somewhat different. Mockups of the homepage will need to be created for new customers displaying the design elements.

The overall layout of the websites remains similar, with a home, about us, services pages, location pages, portfolio, blog, and contact page. Each page needs to be optimized for the appropriate keywords for SEO through technical on-site SEO best practices.

The wordpress developer needs to be able to create iframes to sync with different CRM systems. We often sync to our Go High Level CRM account in addition to others.

The developer also needs to be able to make all necessary backend connections (Google Analytics, Bing Webmaster Tools, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, etc.). Additionally, call tracking scripts and other scripts need to be added to the header as needed, and any troubleshooting or website edits to existing client sites need to be Upgrade to see actual infoveloper needs to be able to manage all Upgrade to see actual infosentially, any design or troubleshooting that we may need to conduct with wordpress - this developer needs to know how to do.

We primarily use elementor for our sites. The developer should be able to handle the complete website and all technical components as needed. We work only in Upgrade to see actual infoveloper must also be familiar with Oxygen.

Very strong proficiency in CSS is Upgrade to see actual infoveloper should be comfortable reformatting things as needed and able to make all websites completely responsive to different screen sizes.

We require a minimum of 10 wordpress websites that the developer can show us they have previously Upgrade to see actual infoveloper should also be able to create attractive landing pages that can be used with paid ads. These landing pages may be created in the High Level CRM using a straightforward landing page builder.
