Purchasing and Logistics Team Member

Responsibilities:
1. Support the team manager to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedules
2. Perform analysis of the logistics operations and inventory management
3. Direct and follow-up with incoming and outgoing shipments
4. Troubleshooting any concern related to shipments
5. Maintain records and documents
6. Process vendor payments

Required Skills and Qualifications
1. 3 Years of Experience in the same or similar post
2. Knowledgeable in Import and Export shipment operation
3. Excellent verbal and written English communication
4. Computer literate, adept in MS Office programs and Google Spreadsheets
5. Excellent work ethics

Other Skills and Qualifications (not required but helpful)
1. Has experience in Amazon
2. Accounting or bookkeeping background


Location
• The business is USA-based but 90% of the team in the Philippines. This position is online, and therefore can be done remotely from home. Reliable, fast internet with back is required. We will be conducting interview video meetings on google.
• Work is expected to be full time and hours per week will vary based on recurring and non-recurring activity. We have mandatory 4 hours per day overlap with Morning EST (7-11) for team discussion and meeting. Other 4 hours would be according to your desired schedule


Salary
• 30 day paid trial period at 60% pay followed by full time salaried position at full pay.
• Salary based on experience: range $ ---------- monthly based on experience
